Instructions for Use
Recommended Use: Mix 36 grams (approximately one scoop) in 10 to 12 ounces of liquid, or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Use a shaker bottle or blender, and shake or mix well. For best blending results, the liquid should be at room temperature.
