The newly developed Diasynt Plus grinder for removal of ceramic and metal is specially suited for very hard materials such as zirconia and aluminum oxide. Diasynt Plus uses a high quality diamond abrasive and has been additionally reinforced to increase performance and lifetime. Very hard materials as zirconia, alumina or chrome-cobalt alloys require particular treatment due to their special material characteristics. Heat creation is an important factor when working with ceramics. Diasynt Plus combines excellent removal rates with reduced heat development. Consequently the risk of micro crack appearance is minimized and the processed material remains stable.
