USI hated doing IPR, the qwik strips took forever and felt like I was shaking the patients brain silly. I also hate the ipr disc because I felt like I didnt have control and have even had the disc slip and cut the patient which was a nightmare. These burs are fantastic and so much easier to do than anything else I've tried. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
CALearned of this item in a recent ortho course. Great system - so much easier for IPR!!
USPrevious to the IPSS1 burs, I utilized Garrisons IPR manual strip system. I was skeptical of the IPR bur technique as I assumed it would be too aggressive and difficult. I was pleasantly surprised the burs were easy to use and watching the instructional video to avoid bur breakage and burning was simple.
